I called Cool Climate because our heat stopped working. Carl said he would be here in 30 minutes, on a Sunday! Great! After checking our inside unit, Carl said the zone board went out and it would be $1900 (WOW). I know HVAC problems can be pricey but was not expecting that. I talked with a trained technician who lives in my neighborhood told him my issues. He agreed that was pricey for the zone board. So I called another company. Once he came out, he stated the zone board is actually not the problem, it’s the wiring!! So not only did Carl misdiagnose the issues, also price gouge!!! The board itself online is no more than $300. He must have some very very high labor charges. BEWARE. This company will cost you a fortune and leave you furious. A simple A/C diagnostics call turned into a creepy and bad all around experience. Blue Best came out and fixed this mess.
