Meet Carl Ivers – CEO

Carl’s journey into the HVAC world started early—like, really early. At just 8 years old, he became a helper for his neighbor Neal, and the spark was lit from there. Fast forward to today, and Carl plays a big role in making sure every job at Cool Climate HVAC is done right. According to him, what sets the company apart is that we stand behind our work 100%. Every job goes through Carl, so he always knows what’s going on— yes, he’s got all the deets.

His go-to advice for homeowners? Wait for it… surprise! Change your filters regularly and schedule preventative maintenance at least once a year. It’s the easiest way to keep your system happy (and avoid any surprise meltdowns—literally).

For Carl, the best part of being in HVAC is getting to meet all kinds of interesting people. Every day brings a new face, a new challenge, and a new story.

When he’s off the clock, Carl enjoys spending time with his family.  His proudest accomplishments? Watching Cool Climate grow into the company into what it is today, and having his father as his best friend.
